    Default Cannot instal ; not valid win 32 application

    I have tried ccleaner, and downloading ZA
    again. I only get to 25% or so. Is there any other work around?

    I am only getting 14mb of the 73.3mb download. Is there another way to download this?

    without All the Details,without the ability to sit in front of your Computer monitor and see what's going on..


    1.) try shutting down any Games, IM, Music Players, Email Readers etc that may be using CPU Resouces, then try downloading ZA Security Suite again..

    2.) If your on Dialup, then try finding a friend with Cable Broudband or DSL that can download ZASS and burn it to CD, or copy to a Thumb drive for you?

    3.) Contact Checkpoint Customer Service by Live Chat and ask them to mail you a copy on CD?

    RedMoon,What kind of internet connection do you have?Cable DSLDial-up?Who is your internet service provider?What part of the world you located in?and what download link are you using to download from?We just like to know so we can check to see if there are any problems.ThanksForum Moderator

    Hello,

    Well you re downloading from the proper place from our website.

    All our download locations and URLS basically all point to the same file on the same world wide provider Akimai who hosts our files.

    So giving you a different URL will not matter because there all technically the same.

    Have you spoken to you provider Bigpond.

    There is possibly some issues with your connection or there adsl hardware.

    Suggest they try the same URL to download and see if they are successful. If they are and your not they should be able to start a trace on there end while you attempt to download then when it fails they can figure out what is timing out or failing.
