Sorry. I exited unexpectedly.
I installed the new version of Security Suite by merely upgrading. Then I had problems with the computer shut-down. So I uninstalled, used the clean tool and reinstalled. Now the computer will shut down, although very slowly, but will not respond to Start/Restart. The message that the Windows is shutting down appears, then disappears leaving a blue screen which won't close. I have read various instructions on this board about uninstalling and reinstalling. Some refer to using the clean tool, others to removing various folders.
Step 1 change start-up instruction.
Step 2 Restart and uninstall using "clean"

Hi!next try to boot your system only with ZA and standard MS services. To see if it is a ZA issue or something related toother software.1.) Click Start -> Run
2.) Type MSConfig in the run box and click OK
3.) Once in MSConfig, click the Startup Tab
4.) Remove the checks from everything except ZLClient
5.) Click the Services Tab
6.) Place a check in "Hide All Microsoft Services"
7.) Now remove checks from everything other than TrueVector Internet
Monitor, and click OK.
8.) Restart your computerHow does it work?
