    Default I need to Re-install ZASS

    My ZASS has become a bit buggy.
    I continually get vsmon alerts and my spam checker is getting bad and letting some spam through.
    It always lets the first through and usually one or two others.
    Also my Program Alert log only keeps a few alerts even though I have it set to keep 500.
    I am using 8.0.298.035.
    Would a re-installation cure my problems?
    If so, what is the best way to go about it.

You can always inspect logs per day at "C:\Windows\Internet Logs".     I have a few questions if I may.
    Should this fix my bugs?
    Will my product update stay at the same number of days?
    When you say don't alter any of the default settings, do you mean ever or just during installation?

    Hi!1. Sorry, I don't know ifwill fix your bugs. Every PC has its own life sometimes and it depends on what is installed on your system :8}2. Yes, if you have a valid license.3. During installation and during use. Default settings ensure a smooth operation of the software. If you alter the settings you should be knowing whatyou are doing.It is very easy to break the functionality of ZA or your PC by having bad settings.By the way, as licensed user you can contact, free of charge, the ZA technical support (this is a user forum, no ZA staff here).     I thought the tech support was a cost thing even for licensed users.
