Exclamation All my logs have been reinitialized

I'm running 9.0.483.000 under Windows XP, fully updated. I checked my logs a little while ago (circa noon PDT), and found that they have all been reinitialized. i.e., the Firewall and Program logs are completely empty, the AV/AS log shows only today's scan (one, at 01:30) and updates (2, per my schedule of every 12 hours), and the OS Firewall log shows only entries after noon yesterday (Sep 22). Having the Firewall log empty is really odd. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks.

9.0.083.000, sorry. Here's the full panel: ZAES, TrueVector and Driver are all 9.0.083.000; AV/AS Engine is 8.0.1.33, DAT file version is 993415488; A/Spam version is 6.0.0.2083; ForceField is 1.5.31.0

I doublechecked that for Wandering Digit Of Destiny effects, I think it's all accurate.

    Uuuhm, OK
What you see is happening if your ZA settings are corrupted. Corruption of the ZA settings happens usually for the following reasons:

    - You are infected by malware;
    - You are running incompatible software (tipically other security tools)
    - Your PC hangs/crash recently
    - You force the shutdown of your machine (cold shutdown)

Try to reset the ZA settings and DO NOT import any old settings.

1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after reboot

Thanks, fax. I did what you suggested right away, but wanted
to wait a few days to make sure things worked OK now. They
do. I think I would have needed someone to counsel me to do
a reset, considering the strong warning that results (that it
should be done only on the advice of systems personnel).
