I would like to renew my subscription which is set to expire.

The problem is, every time I try I get a "Failed to create user. Duplicate user for E-mail/Login:" message.

Yesterday, it told me I had an invalid password. I promptly responded by requesting a new password from zonealarm which does not currently work.

This is a complete runaround and I find it absurd it has become this difficult to renew my subscription.

Any help you could give would be most appreciated.
