    Default zlparser.dll is adware?

    Hi,

I have ZoneAlarm Pro 5 and Adaware installed in my machine. When I use Adaware to scan the system, it saids zlparser.dll (Zone Alarm's file) is an adware. What is going on?

Hi I use ad-aware (free version) and todate no such findings. However ad-ware does make mistakes, perhaps if you inquire at the lavasoft site, a surer answer will be provided. Look for, maybe "submissions"; you will get some reply. Oldsod

    Thanks for your reply.

    The lavasoft website states that:

The submission system is not for assistance with scan logs, items detected by Ad-Aware that you'd like further information on, or any other type of support request.

Anyway, here is the screen shot of the adaware message, maybe some else will have some idea

The zlparser.dll is a valid Zone Labs file located in the System 32 folder. It is not adware and I think you likely got a false positive.
