    I found this in the Event Log:

    It is not unusual for True Vector to shutdown every once and awhile. Usually you'll get an alert asking if you want it turned back on and clicking 'yes' solves the problem. However if this occurs frequently, then you should take some corrective steps to see if you can fix it. Mine does this once every few months. If yours is a daily or weekly occurrence let us know. Your fire is not working when True Vector is shutdown.
