I am currently using the email support to resolve an antivirus/antispware update problem.

But, whenever I reply to the tech support, the email gets bounced back to me with the message:

Your attempt to edit FootPrints Case number 42 failed.
Error details: Attempted to edit a Solution
Please contact your system administrator for help.

It is not a problem with my email, because I haved used three different email clients and it does it on all of them.

Any ideas?
