    Default ZA Not Working Properly

    I just updated my ZA Pro and installed it. When I booted it up, it looked normal - except there was a "System Error: Please Reboot" thing in the upper right hand corner (right above the Help button). Then I looked in my taskbar and the usual red-green bar icon for ZA was a red box with a yellow X through it. It says"TrueVector Security service is shut down". I did a clean uninstall and tried again. Same thing. I've rebooted my computer many times, still it stays like that. Help me out!

    When you said you performed a 'clean' uninstall, I assume you mean with the /clean switch added to the ZA uninstaller? If so, do a clean uninstall again, download a fresh update install of ZAP and 'save' it to your computer. Now delete your temp files, empty your recycle bin, then boot into the Safe Mode and try to install ZAP now.
