Default odd content blocking behavior. Help please.

    Just purchased installed ZASS.
I find that I get lots of page hangs for some very benign website.
Also, if I do a google image search for benign/non-offensive content (e.g., "Boat&quot, none of the thumbnails load - just empty boxes.
If I shutdown ZASS, everything works fine.
If I shut ad/banner blocking off, sites still do not load properly. Not sure what's going on but if this is the way the program "works" in terms of content blocking, it may have to go.
    Any ideas would be appreciated.
    TIA.

This sounds like you are having problems with your privacy control settings. Take a look at this link for more information and instructions on how to fix this.http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs/board/message?board.id=access&message.id=24531

    Thanks for the info.
I guess I'm disappointed in the solution though.
ZASS is a "suite" of programs.
I bought this for more than just "firewall".
If I still have to use IE cookie/pop-up control then I'm thinking I might as well use Windows Firewall and not have bothered buying ZASS.
Seems kind of buggy if ZA prevents page loads if you enable all it's features and it seem like ZA requires me to specify way more exceptions/rules to get perfectly benign pages to load.
Again thanks for the reponse but it sounds like I bought the wrong piece of software.

Turn off those features in IE, as well as the privacy and security settings, turn them down. ZA will do all of that. On my site there is a page that tells how to use the privacy advisor to help set the settings on a per site basis. I start with mine on medium medium and on. It gives a good basic place to start, as well as most sited being usable.
