Turn off the junkfilter in ZA, then reboot windows, and then turn it back on, then startup your e-mail client. Should show up.

I followed your directions but unfortunately that did not do the trick.

    Any other suggestions?

    Thanks!

Not sure how to do it, but somewhere in Outlook there is a place to manage plugins or toolbars. Check in there all you may need to do is turn it on.

That did the trick! But what I had to do was:
    1) Open "Tools->Options..."2) Click on the "Other" tab.3) Click on "Advanced Options'.4) Click on "COM Add-Ins"5) Remove "MailBuddy Outlook Addin"6) Add "MailBuddy Outlook Addin"
it back in by choosing "C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\MailFrontier\mlfoshim.dll"
    Thanks a Million!
