Default Passing referrer information to specific Web pages

I have a subscription to a genealogy web service that I access through a membership at a presidential library. I can not get to the genealogy web page because the URL is referred from the first.
Zone Alarm seems to be keeping the referral URL from being sent. I have added the site to Trusted Sites but still can not make this work.
    Any one have any ideas?

Since the site you want to reach has to be reached by clicking on a link from within another site it is possible that the site you want is being treated like a pop up add and being blocked as such. Try turning on privacy advisor. If you get a notice that the site is being blocked when you try to reach it select the "click here
for details" option on the advisor notice and adjust the privacy settings for the site so that it will be allowed.

    Thanks for your reply.
Sorry to be stupid, but can't find Privacy Advisor.
I am using the free Zone Alarm software, not ZA Pro.
    I appreciate your help.

Did you ever try one of the trial versions?

Sorry, didn't realize you were using the free version. Have you checked to make sure that the problem is with the firewall only? Does the site load
with the firewall shut down? Do you have any popup blockers activated in your browser? One other thought I had was once you get to the desired site can't you just copy the URL address and save it to your links library in your browser/ That would eliminate having to go to the presidential library----- which by the way I am not quite sure what you mean by a presidential library.------
