    Default Outlook 2002 freezes

After installing ZoneAlarm security suite, Outlook 2002 freezes after 30 minutes of inactivity.
I looked in the knowledge base and the only thing I could tell that would fix it is installing a new version except I have the latest version.
I have all E-mail protection settings turned off and Outlook still locks up.
I even tried turning off e-mail scanning on the anti-virus, but this didn't fix the issue.
Anyone have a workaround so Zone Alarm won't lockup Outlook?
    Thanks for your help.

Try turning them on, see if Outlook works. If it does, reboot windows, see if its still working, and then if it is, turn it off and see what happens.
