Default NETSTAT hangs with ZA Security Suite, not with ZA Pro

After trying ZA Pro, I decided to try the ZA Security Suite.
    With
ZA Security Suite is installed, I have problems with NETSTAT (Windows98SE Dos).NETSTAT hangs - it starts, but never completes and exits.Specifically, "netstat" works ok, but "netstat -a" hangs.
I uninstalled Security Suite with the /clean option. Then re-installed ZA Pro.NETSTAT now works fine, like before.
Does this make sense?Albeit, the computer I want to use ZA on is old - 133Mhz, with 64MB ram, Windows98SE.

Have you gone into the program list in ZA and given Netstat a Super trust level?

    Thanks again, Hoov.

I have no problems at all with NETSTAT -a anymore. I don't know why. I'm too tired now to try different things to make it not work again. Zonealarm is a bit sluggish on my PC.

Maybe NETSTAT -a works well now because I've added my ISP's DNS servers to the trusted zone.

Is that a strictly correct thing to do? I've tried adding the DNS servers into expert rules specifying DNS protocol only. But, when I do that, every pgm access alert shows that the pgm is trying to access the DNS server, not the target IP address.
