For the past week I have been experiencing BSODs with a brand new Dell M65 Precision. I have spent countless hours and working on this problem and on the phone with Dell Tech Support trying to resolve this issue. Time I did not have. I have reinstalled the OS three times so far. Dell's Crash Dump Analyzer says the problem is ZoneAlarms vsdatant.sys driver, ZoneAlarm SecuritySuite 6.5.722.000. I refused toto believe it was ZoneAlarm but aftermy last OS reinstall it has to be ZoneAlarm. No BSODs before ZoneAlarm, BSOD after installing ZoneAlarm. I have backed off 6.5.722.000 to 6.1.744.001. So far no problems.I have been a loyal ZoneAlarm user for years and have recommended the product to many people. This issue is serious. I raised a stink at Dell to the point I have management involved. On Monday, Dell will find out the problem was ZoneAlarm.
