    I have recently installed ZA Internet Security Suite and have encountered some niggling problems. I do understand it happens but I have had very little time to actally do any work after this. Does it get better? Any suggestions or help with any of the following?

    Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition
    Product Name: IMsecure Pro
    Software Version: 65-722

    Prior to installation I also upgraded to:

    MSN messenger 7.5
    Internet Explorer 7
    MSN software new at: http://toolbar.msn.com

    1.a. Frequent unusual ms error messages eg:

    Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library - Runtime Error
    Program: C:\windows\system32\zonelabs\vsmon.exe

    and

    Program: C:\program files\interne explorer\ie explore.exe

    This aplication has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusal way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

    * 3 days in a row - contacted them and awaiting reply

    b. System Error 0xc000012d
    This application failed to initialise properly: Once only

    c. System Error 0xc0000142 (Q272142)
    This application failed to initialise properly: 3 times
    * Did what advised and I thought would fix it first time.

    d. Definate slowing of process time

    e. Unusual and uexplained dropping off from IE

    f. Zone Alarm wanting to reboot via msg and CROSS - System Error please reboot (5 times) with only 3 unusual messages preceeding it.

    We're not alone, so it seems. Look at the list. I have similar problems. Here a scan for spyware ends in de the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library prompt 'Runtime Error!'Program: C:\WINDOWS\system32\Zonelabs\vsmon.exeThis application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in a unusual way.Please contact the application's support team for more information.I had one blue screen.I thought there might be some malware doing naughty things, but Ad Aware SE Plus couldn't find anything. System Mechanic said it found one keylogger, and removed it. No change for ZoneAlarm Security Suite.
