    Default ZA not starting on start up

    Hello everyone.This is my first post and hope someone will help me.I check "ZA to automatically start on start-up" but it doesn't.I see no "apply" button.What am i doing wrong?Thank you for any responses.

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite
    Software Version:6.5

    The way to get Zonealarm to load on startup is to open the program's client control panel by Double clicking the ZA Icon on your desktop taskbar and go to Overview>Preferences Tab and in the General area of that tab check the box next to "Load Zonealarm Security Suite on startup"
    If you are doing thus and it still is not loading on startup....
    Your ZASS database may have become corrupted and needs to be reset. Reset the database this way; you will lose your customizations and will need to reconfigure Zone Alarm.

    1. Boot your computer into the Safe Mode. {Instructions if needed}
    2. Navigate to the c:\windows\internet logs folder.
    3. Delete the backup.rdb and iamdb.rdb files in the folder.
    4.Reboot into the normal mode.
