Default Why doesn't ZA remember my permissions?

I have a number of programs that access the internet. Each time they attempt access, ZA pops up its warning balloon. When I give permission to access, I always check the box
to have ZA remember my response, but it never seems to remember. The next time I reboot, we go back to square one. Is there a settng I need to change?

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite
    Software Version:6.5

Hi!it looks like your database is corrupted. Please follow this instructions:http://www2.nohold.net/noHoldCust542...rruptlogs.htmlYou could also remove ZA and than re-install (see here: http://www.nohold.net/noHoldCust25/P...n_install.html). Resetting the database is the faster solution, removingZA isthe safer one (given that more recent versions of ZA at installperform somepre-configuration ofprogramsthat will be removed by the database resetting)Fax
