Default svchost.exe

Greetings:
I am getting a memory mapping error when shutting down or re-starting my computer. I have both ZA Internet Security Suite and SpySweeper installed. When I go to Program or Component control I do not see svchost.exe. Through searching the forums, I have gathered that svchost.exe is a system component. I am just wondering if anyone can offer any advice or at least shed some light on this for me. Thank you in advance.

Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite
Software Version:6.5

Well, I did find this, which has nothing to do with ZA:

In the program list is there not an entry for "Generic Host Process for Windows 32 Services"?
That is the friendly name for svchost.exe. You can confirm by right-clicking on the "Generic Host Process" entry and choosing "properties." A box with the filename, location, size, etc. should pop up.

For what it's worth, the link above did seem to resolve my issue (at least for the moment).
