What operating system do you use, and which ZA product and version? And free or paid?

What are the current drive letters of devices on your system? Do you use a network drive as part of your system, or is it all just a personal PC? Is your hard disk partitioned, and are your ROM devices (CD/DVD) lettered sequentially, all with Windows defaults? What was the drive letter you used to see for your flash drive before ZA?

I have Zone Alarm Internet Security Suite
    6.5.7...
The drive letter remains the same, but explorer doesn't see it.
I have to use Notepad to copy and move files with the open dialogue.

I currently have a flashdrive installed right now, and windows Explorer sees it just fine. Unplug the drive and then after a minute plug it back in. Now go to the program logviewer in ZA and see if something was logged in as getting blocked.
