Zone Alarm has known for some time that Microsoft was getting ready to come out with its next generation operating system. They have been working on it for five years. Why hasn't Zone Alarm been as diligent by developing Zone Alarm Pro Firewall to work with this new operating system.
I think it is absolutely horrible that Zone Alarm has not readied its product to work with this new systme.
Yes, I have 144 days left on my Zone Alarm Pro for free upgrades but what if Zone Alarm takes longer than that in order to come up with a Vista ready product.
It looks like the Zone Alarm Pro users are the ones who will be paying the price for Zone Alarms lack of response toward developing a compatible product. Each day we are not able to use the product is one day less we will have for the "free" upgrade.
I think the Zone Alarm should "freeze" the number of "free" upgrade days left until such a time as there is a Vista ready product.
