    Default How do I auto-allow..?

    The first time Trillian asked to access the internet, I checked the "Apply this setting to all suspicious behaviors..." checkbox. But it's still asking me every time Trillian tries to access the internet. How can I give Trillian full access so it doesn't ask me anymore?

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Pro

    Go to your Zone Alarm Program Control and put green checks under the 'access' columns in place of the blue question marks .

    For the Trillian program, they are already all green (except sendmail).

    Here is a screenshot of the ZA setting of Trillian and the message I keep getting asking me to allow access.

    See if this works. Go to your Zone Alarm Program Control > Programs, locate the Trillion entry, right click on it then click to 'remove' it. Now right click on your Zone Alarm icon in your system tray, select 'shutdown Zone Alarm', wait about 30 or 40 seconds then open Zone Alarm again. Now open Trillion and when it asks for permission, grant permission and check the box. Now close Trillion then shutdown and open Zone Alarm again just like you did. Now open Trillion again..did it remember it's permission?

    I did all of that, but no. It asked the exact same thing.

    Sounds like your ZASS database is corrupt and should be reset. Reset the database this way; you will lose your customizations and will need to reconfigure Zone Alarm.

    1. Boot your computer into the Safe Mode. {Instructions if needed}
    2. Navigate to the c:\windows\internet logs folder.
    3. Delete the backup.rdb and iamdb.rdb files in the folder.
    4.Reboot into the normal mode.

    I'm in Safe Mode and I tried that, but it won't let me. It says the files are either write-protected or in use.
