    Default Cannot update antivirus definitions for my ZA Suite 7.0.302

    ZOne Alarm Security 7.0.302
    True Vector Secutiry Engine 7.0.302
    Driver version 7.0.302
    Antivirus Engine 3, DAT version 20070218125000
    Antispyware Engine 5.0.162.0 DAT version 01.200702.1005
    Antispam version 4.9.1.8203

    Windows XP pro

    Problem decription :
    I am not able to update my ANTIVIRUS descriptions . But by ANTISPYWARE decriptions update without any issue.
    Encounter a error message " Task encountered an error" whenevr I try updating antivirus definitions.

    Solutions Tried :
    I tried C:\WINDOWS\system32\ZoneLabs\avsys\_updLog.txt

    This is an unusual problem. This should not be happening at all.

    The only thing I can think of, are the antivirus servers listed in the Privacy with green checks? Do the ZA components have Trusted and Internet Access?
