Default Printer won't print from the Internet

My printer recently stopped printing from the internet.
    If I shut Zone Alarm
    Internet Security Suite
off, my printer prints from the internet.

If Zone Alarm is on, the printer job goes to my printer, the printer icon comes up, but the job just sits there and doesn't print.

I have tried to look for something in the program area or components that might be blocked from access, but I don't see anything that looks like a printer access block.
I had this problem the other day and I restored a backup settings from when it worked correctly.

My printer was able to print from the internet after I restored the older backup, but now the problem is here again.
Anyone have an idea what is happening in Zone Alarm
    Internet Security Suite
that is stopping my printer from printing from the internet.

My printer will print anything on my computer, just not from the internet.
    Thank you,
    KatJM

I have upgraded to version 7.0 of the Zone Alarm Security Suite.
That did NOT correct the problem.
I still cannot print anything from the internet, unless I turn Zone Alarm off.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Does anyone have an suggestions of where to look for the problem?
    Thank you!

    I fixed the problem.
I watch the firewall log to see what was being blocked, and it was my internet explorer didn't have high enough access.

I reset the access and got a notice about the spooler, when I got that I just said YES and now all is well.
    Thanks!

I cannot print from the internet.
This seems to be a recurring
    problem.
I am using Zone Alarm Security Suite (with Anti-Virus) ver: 7.0.33.7.000
    For some reason,
I stopped being able to print anything from the internet if Zone Alarm is on.
If I shut Zone alarm off, I can print from the internet.
Obviously, something doesn't have permissions that they should have.
Does anyone know what I should look for in the program file that might stopping printing from the internet?
I have Windows XP Professional and use IE 7.0.
    Thank you in advance!

Has anyone else run into this problem?
I seem to have a problem printing from the internet.
I even uninstalled Zone Alarm Pro (suite) and reinstalled.
I was able to print for a while and then it stopped again.
My printer is connected to my computer with a usb cable.

I can print when Zone Alarm is off, but not from the internet when Zone alarm is on.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks.

I use Windows XP and an Epson Stylus CX6400 printer with a USB cable connection (not sure what type if usb, regular I guess).
I'm a pretty good trouble shooter when it comes to fixing my own problems, but this one has me baffled.

I use the same set up at work (actually a co-worker and I use the same) she never has the problem and I have it at work sometimes AND at home.

Hubby has the same Zone Alarm Pro Suite and he has never had the problem.
So, I've isolated the issue to ME.

I just haven't narrowed down what I am doing (or not doing) that is causing the problem.
I usually have better success discussing it with other users, since they tend to have the same issues and usually the same experience level.
I will try to take the info directly to their tech support and see if they have a solution.
    Thank you for your time.
This problem is basically a nuisance.
I do print what I need, I just shut down Zone Alarm and turn it back on after printing.

Here is the problem from my Alerts and Logs:
    OS FIREWALL:
    Rating: HighType: ProcessData:
    C:\\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\E_S10M T1.EXEProgram: C:\\Program Files\INTERNET EXPLORER\iexplore.exeAction Taken: Blocked

Now, how can I UNBLOCK this particular item?
I looked in the Program files, that file isn't there and I also checked the components and it's not there either.
But this is definitely why I cannot print on the Internet.

    Thank you.

I will send that information to the techs, I thought a user might have had the same problem and found a fix, that is why I came to the user forum.

I've found many solutions to problems by visiting user forums before bothering the very busy (usually) tech personnel.
I also thought that perhaps my discussing this problem at a user forum might help some other person with this problem.
    Again, thank you for responding.
    Have a great day!
    Kat
