    Default Repeated update check

    I am repeatedly getting
    the following
    alert box message:
    "ZoneAlarm Security Suite needs to check with the ZoneAlarm servers for updated junk mail blocking rules and techniques.You are currently not connected to the internet. Would you like to connect to the internet now?"

    This is in spite of the fact that I'm always connected. I have set update checking preferences
    to both manual and automatic but to no avail.
    Can you tell me how I can stop this annoying message from appearing please?

    I have exactly the same problem. Did anyone ever give you any insight as to what the problem is here?

    No, I never received any assistance. ZoneAlarm Pro has been a trusted and reliable application since I first started using it. However, ever since I "upgraded" to the Suite I have experienced any number of problems, system slowdowns, confusing messages, no real technical support, etc., etc. I do not plan on renewing unless this issue is resolved.
