Default Product update service expiration extended

After upgrading tonight to 7.0.337.000, the number of days on my subscription (Product update service) jumped from 200 to 798.
That's quite a leap.
Anybody else see this sort of behavior?

I should leave well enough alone, but I still wonder what's up?

Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
Product Name:ZoneAlarm Pro
Software Version:7.0

I have posted one time, with this one question.

Sorry had you mixed up with some one else,
This should do it for you : To reset the license key table files in ZoneAlarm:

1.) Right click the ZA icon near the clock
2.) Choose shut down
3.) Say yes to the warning
4.) Click Start, My Computer
5.) Click Tools, Folder Options, View Tab
6.) Place a dot next to "Show Hidden Files and Folders" and choose OK
7.) Double Click the C:
8.) Double Click the Windows Folder (It may say WinNT if you have
Windows 2000)
9.) Double Click the System32 Folder
10.) Locate and delete the following file:

z l l i c t b l.dat

I had to put a space between the letter so I could post it , look for this file with out the spaces

11.) Close this window, then empty your recycle bin
12.) Restart ZoneAlarm by going to Start->Programs->Zone Labs-> Zone
Labs Security
13.) If ZoneAlarm prompts you for your current license key, enter it
.
If not, please open ZoneAlarm and under Overview ->
Product Info click on Change Lic... and enter your key.

No problem.
I searched around and think I found the "someone else" you referenced.
I see they had a similar situation.
Your recommendation worked fine.
Thank you.
Feed back-wise, I would add to your list of steps a reboot, possibly at the end.
After following all steps, ZAP did not ask for the license key (though I had it ready), and the number of remaining subscription days
dropped from
798 to 366, which was
still not accurate, but closer.
A reboot brought everything into sync.
Now it is showing
199 days.
I wonder if I should have just left it alone?
I'm thinking the 200 days was the real trigger and the 798 was false.
I
was concerned about corruption on the upgrade to 7.0.337.000, and thought that this subscription expiration issue might have been an indication of a bigger problem, so I wanted to address it.
Thanks again and I hope my feed back helps, also.
