Look in C:\windows\internet logs and see if you have any files with a tmp extension?

I do have quite a few TMPs in the log. What should I do with them?

Nothing for now. It indicates a problem.First turn off ZA by right clicking on the ZA icon in the system tray and selecting shutdown . Now wait 2 minutes and then reboot windows. You may see the message again, if you do, reboot windows again normally, after the first startup is done, and 2 minutes have gone by. Let me know what happens.
