Open the Temp folders found in the Documenst and Settings and delete any glh or any glb files. These Temp folders can be completely cleaned out. Check and clean the Temp folder in the WINDOWS folder as well.

If you click on the entry found in the Program listing of the ZA, it will show the Properties and open that and it will give you the exact location and details of the file. This makes tracing it down easier and it's removal easier.

Then clean the Recycle Bin. On the next reboot, open the ZA and remove the entry from the Program listing.

These files were used in an installation or just temp use and are no longer needed.

Using the freeware CCleaner from time to time will do the same and is faster and easier to use than the manual cleanups.

    Best regards.
