I just renewed my license with Zonealarm Security Suite for 2 yrs. With everything that was going on in the past I told myself I wouldn't do it, I would go with somebody else. But after letting it sit for the past few months with expired subscription, no anti virus running, zonealrm turned off etc I bit the bullet and renewed.
When I renewed it said 4 good reasons to renew.

- Free Version upgrades
- Free Technical Support
- and some magic defrag program as a bonus
Well its only been (2) two days and I need to contact tech support? Can somebody tell me how do I do that? The premium phone support isn't free and there is no other support I can find on their site other than this forum which I believe is all volunteers and not run by zonelab staff? (correct me if I"m wrong) So if this is so, how do I contact zonelabs to get tech support?
