    Default ZoneAlarm Security Suite incompatible with ExeCryptor protection?

    Dear sirs,

    My name is Vladimir Kryshtalov and I represent a music related software company, ManiacTools. Our products don't have spyware/adware modules. To protect our programs from crackers, we use ExeCryptor protection ( www.strongbit.com ).

    Recently we have received a feedback from our user telling that with ZoneAlarm Security Suite on our programs can't be run. With ZoneAlarm Security Suite totally disabled (all processes stopped) the programs run as expected, with no errors. The user has tested two of our products: mp3Tag ( http://www.maniactools.com/soft/mp3tag.exe ) and Visual MP3 Splitter & Joiner ( http://www.maniactools.com/soft/mp3-splitter-joiner.exe )

    Could you help us to solve the problem?
