    Default "Product update service expires in -3 days"

    My ZAISS has stopped displaying the anti-virus/anti-spyware section of the sidebar. The Overview \ Product Info | Support and update information section says "Product update service expires in -3 days". The Alerts & Logs no longer shows the anti-virus and anti-spyware logs.

    I have a 3-PC, 2-yr license and one of the other PCs correctly says it has 512 days left.

    Any suggestions?

    Try resetting your database and see if that will fix it. Reset the database this way; you will lose your customizations and will need to reconfigure Zone Alarm.

    1. Boot your computer into the Safe Mode.
    2. Navigate to the c:\windows\internet logs folder.
    3. Delete the backup.rdb and iamdb.rdb files in the folder.
    4. Reboot into the normal mode.

    The ZA servers have been playing up this week so it could be the licensing server pushing wrong info to your install.
