ZA says that my license has expired even though I purchased a 1 year renewal back in January.
I logged into my account and it says that my license is good until Jan 2008.
I have tried the so called "Instant Support" but I am not able to get it to work (I get a pop-up window that says that "This page cannot be displayed... You have attempted to execute a CGI, ISAPI or other executable program from a directory that does not allow programs to be executed"
-- Yes I did set my browser to allow 3rd party cookies and setup ZA to allow nohold.net.
I cannot find any e-mail support address!
IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET HELP FROM THESE PEOPLE?
