Default HELP! ZA says that license has expired!

ZA says that my license has expired even though I purchased a 1 year renewal back in January.
I logged into my account and it says that my license is good until Jan 2008.
I have tried the so called "Instant Support" but I am not able to get it to work (I get a pop-up window that says that "This page cannot be displayed... You have attempted to execute a CGI, ISAPI or other executable program from a directory that does not allow programs to be executed"
-- Yes I did set my browser to allow 3rd party cookies and setup ZA to allow nohold.net.
I cannot find any e-mail support address!

IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET HELP FROM THESE PEOPLE?
    thanks

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

You can try this ( directions from guru fax) or wait a few day and see what happens because ZA is having server issuesTasman

    1.

    Go to Start / Run

    2.

Use the Browse button to navigate to the directory where ZoneAlarm is installed, for example C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm.

    3.

Find the file named "zauninst.exe" and double-click it. The Run dialog will now contain a string similar to this: "C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\zauninst.exe".

    4.

Add a space and the switch /rmlicense to the end of the string after the closing quotes so that the string now looks like this: "C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\zauninst.exe" /rmlicense

    5.

    Click OK

    6.

Reboot the PC. When the system restarts, ZA should come up in Trial Mode. Enter your new license key at the startup screen.
WARNING: Failing to write correctly the command /rmlicense will result in uninstall ZA. Be careful...

    Howdy,
Similar problem here.I did see the announcement about server issues and tasman's reply, but I bought a three PC license.

    My
    related issue is this
    PC is fine and currently
has 305 days left (to date), which I appreciate because I'm the one who paid, but my roommate's install says it expired. One
very weird issue even for a server.
Or maybe I just don't understand how all this works.
    Cheers!Drew

Is this the same issue as ZoneAlarm saying my subscription is expired when I just bought a 1 year subscription a little over 5 weeks ago?

On this issue: I bought in the end of November 2005 a two year license renewal of ZAPro. To my surpise somewhere in September 2007 the license expiration date started to have a weird behaviour. In the beginning of September it was late October and it always shrank back in time. The end result is that by 24th September ZAPro (version 7.0.337.000) declared that I run out of time. Now as I knew I had bought it in November (I still have the confirmation e-mail from **bleep** that confirms it) that was really weird. So I decided to contact customer support. This led me around in a wildgoose chase as I contacted first element 5 that apparently only takes care of financial matters. After some site seeing in Checkpoint Zone Alarm site and proned by element 5 replies I managed to send a request to technical support. I did get a confirmation mail. This was four days ago still in their answering time frame. Now as I was rechecking the indication on the date of expiration (24/09/2007) of the Support and Update Information license to my surprise it had gone back in time... From the 24th of September it actually stopped updating the software from ZAPro it showed now the 15th of August!!! So I decided to go click in the link tech support and checked around the automatic support. There I saw this:

"NOTE - The License Key server had some difficulties, causing some licenses to expire, or renewal keys to not work. Please Click Here for instructions to clear this up."

So I did click there and followed the instructions that led to the reinstalation of ZAPro... To my satisfaction I saw that I still had 58 days to expiration of the update and was thinking all of this was solved. So I updated the software and rebooted... Then went back to the license info and... surprise now it showed 57 days... Now I thought maybe it just went over the 24hr and it changed to 57... So I didn't think about it and went back to doing other things that involved rebooting my computer twice more until I again open up the product info and well it now shows 55 days to expiration...

My OS is XP Home, I do have anti-spyware (most free, Spybot/Spywareblaster) and an antivirus (AVG). I always have been satisfied of ZoneAlarm as a firewall and had no intention to changed it. I was even thinking of renewing the license at its real expiration date but I can't afford to have this kind of hassle (having to reinstall ZAPro to try and solve this issue was an hassle!) especially if it solves nothing in the end!
Has anyone in this forum had this kind of problem? There is satisfaction in knowing you are not alone...:-)
