    Default Failed Update

    I have Zone Alarm Internet Security Suite 7 and when I try to do a product upgrade from preference tab under the gernal tab the website cannot be found.
    What is going on?

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite
    Software Version:7.0

    Hi!updates product servers are down.... which version do you have?The latest is 7.0.337.000. If you have this version.. there is no update.Antivirus/Antispyware should work fine (its another server)Cheers,Fax

    Yes I have the newest version.
    Thanks for the response.
    I have another problem, have you ever seen the AntiVirus/Antispyware button on the control panel disappear?

    Yes, its related to the update/registration server been down, unfortunately...Better to wait few days, otherwise a solution is to uninstall with the /rmlicense switch (will reset completely the license)See here towards the end of the document how to follow the rest procedure:http://www2.nohold.net/noHoldCust542...esNotWork.htmlCheers,Fax
