Why did you change the logo?
The previous one was excellent.
simulated a shield, conveyed strength, had great visual impact, was prominent in a system tray full of non-descript graphical weanies.
Here goes the trashing of the new logo.
Sorry if I hurt anyones feelings.
The new logo looks as if it was done by a junior high school art wanabee.
It lacks character.
Was it an ego trip by someone with authority in the marketing department of Check Point in order to assert a dominant position?
Did they really think it would help drive sales up?
They took a product image for the best firewall in the business and watered it down.
I am not a geek.
I don't get passionate about software for softwares sake but when I see a terific product with a great image take a step back it upsets my marketing sensitivities having spent 20 years marketing high tech siftware products.
