I'm having the same problem with Dell 944 Vista driver. I read the suggestions of what someone should do to fix the problem but I have not read whether the suggestions worked for those with problems. The instructions with command line input is too technical for most users, suggesting that ZA is not user friendly. Software should be plug and play. That was the great thing about Macs when I used them. If I have to get so technical to do my work, I'll move back to Norton even if it offers less protection.
