Default PASSWORD--the True Vector stuff doesn't work

Suddenly, zonealarm wants a password from me to allow many of my programs, such as Spysweeper, to access the Internet. I never set a password. The info about TrueVector and going to Internet Logs doesn't work. I am running Windows XP Home.
If I go to Windows/Internet Logs, I see a bunch of files. Two have the .rdb extension. The rest have no extensions. Most of these are listed as temporary files in the File Type column.
Is the INternet Logs files only for Zone Alarm? If so, can I delete all these files? And why do I have to empty my recycle bin at the end.
Thank you. I really need help, as I can't perform a very necessary function on my computer right now.

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

Thanks. I resolved the problem by going directly to the internet log files from My Computer
with the computer in safe mode. Then i just deleted them all.
