I have been having trouble using my e mail client,Thunderbird. the problem required that I go into self care within Virgin Media. I can sign into self care and then try to use it, but I am told I am signed out. I have contacted Virgin Media and after several tests theyu say it is my ZA Firewall causing the problem, Can this be right?
I am using ZA Free edition Version 7.0.362.00
