    Default Renewing ZA Security Suite

I was told that my subscription was ending in 11 days, so I chose to renew. I completed everything and received a license key by email. The thing is that my new license key is the same as the old one. ZA still tells me that I have 11 days left.

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Software Version:7.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

I'm going to be in the same situation in the next 45 days. I have three license but when I look into my account, it only reflects one license that I bought for my laptop. It doesn't show the three that I bought for my three desktop computers. You might want to call customer service about.

I found the following on ZA's Instant Support Site:
"When you renew your subscription, you receive an email which contains a new license key and instructions on how to copy/paste the key into the program. You need to enter that new license key into your ZoneAlarm program in order for the renewal to be recognized.
The new key you receive is valid from the renewal purchase date, for the length of time selected."

It sorted itself out. When I rebooted my machine it now says 375 days left.
