    Default Cache clearing

    Hi
I used to be able to clear my internet cache by using the 'tools', settings and delete all. Since installing ZA, I have to clear them manually by highlighting the relevant cookie/file and deleting. I have also unchecked the ZA cache clearer.
Any advice on how to get back to normality on this please.
    Many thanks

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

You may boot into safe mode with command prompt (CMD) and empty the Content.IE5 folder stored in the "C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Files\Temporary Internet Files" folder, then reboot again. The cache of Internet Explorer will be rebuilt automatically.

    Best regards,
