    Default Renewal Problems

I renewed ZoneAlarm Suite today, got my receipt, updated the program and added new key# to the program. Now it still says I need to renew, it says I have a trial program, it no longer shows me as registered user and it no longer has game mode. What happened and how to I fix it.

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Software Version:
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite
