I upgraded my tried and true ZAISS 7.0.337 to the new version 7.0.462 on my quad core Intel QX6700.
With 7.0.337, I always had 2 scanningprocess.exe's. After my upgrade to 7.0.462, I now have 4 scanningprocess.exe's.
Do you think I should have done the clean install of 7.0.462? I chose the upgrade instead, because I spent so much time
customizing my expert rules and program control "X" entries on so much software I have that I don't want to have to redo it.
Is have 4 processes in task manager for scanningprocess.exe normal for a quad core CPU.
My understanding is that 2 are normal (1 for Kaspersky's anti-virus and 1 for Kaspersky's anti-spyware).
But 4 - I don't understand this. If anyone has any insight into this, I would appreciate it.
