Default IE Question with ZA Pro

Running with 7.0.462, I have IE program control marked with question marks to prompt me for access permission because it is not my main browser. When I do have occasion to open it, I get the following alert:

"Internet Explorer is attempting to monitor user activities on this computer. If allowed it may try to track or log keystroles, mouse movements/clicks, web sites visited, and other user behaviors."

After clicking to Allow I then get the two alerts that inidcate IE is trying to access the trusted zone and the Internet.

Is that first alert as serious as it sounds? If so, what should I do?

    Thanks,
    Bartman

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Software Version:7.0

    Bartman,
    you want to
    set to allow and check
    to
remember. It is for you Internet Explorer autocomplete use.... It is safe.

Thanks, Stealth, but I want and understand the second and third permission alerts and that is why I have the question marks there for IE. It is that scary-sounding first one about possible monitoring and tracking by IE that concerns me.
