    Default Update Process

    There have been several instances where the update process does not end. It seems as though the connection to the ZA server does not end when the update is complete.
    Does anyone have any idea of what could be causing this?

    Operating System:Windows Vista Home Premium
    Software Version:7.1 (Vista)
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

    Hi!
    yes, it is a known problem in VISTA 7.1, the update process get stack sometime
    The current BETA has fixed it (at least for me!). See here: www.zonealarm.com/beta
