    Default cleaning up components list

I have hundreds of files in the components list that are no longer valid, is there anyway to have these checked automatically and have the bad ones deleted?

    Dear microbill:

Not that I'm aware of. Everyone's PC is unique in hardware and software so it would be extremely difficult even if there was software or a service that could.

You can prune the list yourself. Just right click single entries and click Remove. For contiguous entries, click the 1st entry, then press Shift + click on the last entry. Right click the mass of entries and click Remove. For noncontiguous entries, click the 1st one and then press Ctrl + click for every other entry that you want to delete. Right click on any highlighted entry and click Remove to delete these.

    Hope this helps.
