Default Contacting ZoneLabs

Hi Guys
This is not a moan but after the forum was unable to help I wrote to ZL three weeks ago about my traffic monitor continually clicking away and I've sent follow-up mails at 1 weekly intervals and zip! Is this normal?
I
check my ISP Spam folder and my local PC's (ZAISS) Spam folder and there's nothing, so replies are not being diverted.
Regards,

Hi!
did you receive the automatic reply after submitting the web form?
Do you have your CASE number?

The best is to try a free e-mail service (e.g. hotmail, yahoo, gmail) to be sure its not your ISP filtering out e-mails.

ZA support always responds to e-mails....

Cheers,

Thanks fax, No I didn't get the number. All I got was:

Thank you for contacting ZoneAlarm Technical Support.

Your request has been received, and will be processed by technical support...

I'll go via a free address but with all the spam I encounter in my ISP spam folder, it seems strange ZL would be the only one filtered out completely.

Thanks again.

Hi!
you should have got an e-mail with the copy of the request and a CASE number.
This is sent automatically and with no user/ZA interaction.

If you have not received it then your ISP is filtering the e-mails.

Better you use a free e-mail account (e.g. gmail, hotmail) and try again.
if you are going to use hotmail double check the hotmail junk folder because sometimes (don't know why) ZA e-mail are marked as dangerous.

Cheers,

I agree with Guru Fax's advice..Here is some additions reasons for no Responce from Zonelabs/Checkpoint...Have you check your on Junk Mail file area..When youSubmit your Email to ZA Tech Support or Customer Service, they will send your an Auto generated Reply with an Incident Report Number within a few Hours to the Email Address provided in your Request.. If you did not receive any responce then something else is wrong..If you have not received it then your ISP is filtering the e-mails.

Better you use a free e-mail account (e.g. gmail, hotmail) and try again.
if you are going to use hotmail double check the hotmail junk folder because sometimes (don't know why) ZA e-mail are marked as dangerous.
NOTE: a simple Test to see if your ISP is Filtering Mail from Zonelabs or Checkpoint, is to go to 1.) Yahoo Dot com, 2.) Hotmail dot com 3.) Gmail dot com and setup a FREE Email acountand use that alternate Email address to SUBMIT your request to ZA Tech support or ZA Customer Service..Sometimes Spam and Junk Mail filters put the Tech Support or Customer service replies in the Spam or Junkmail folder if the Check point or ZoneLabs Address is not in your Email Address book..Both Customer Service and Tech support can Only Send a reply to the Email that you provide, and if there is a Typo in your Email Address, or Your ISP bounces the Reply back to Zone Alarm, They have No way of contacting you, Unless you provided an alternate Email address..
