Default How can I disable the traffic bar on the system tray?

    Hi,
I find the moving traffic indicators annoying. It makes it harder to concentrate on reading. ,
Is there a way to turn the tray icon to something static, or completely disable the system tray icon?

    Thanks in advance.

Sure,... in XP, right click once in any area of an open space on the system tray bar itself > Properties > Taskbar
    > Notification area - Customize... >
    new 'Customize Notifications' box
    - look for " ZoneAlarm ..." > click "Always show" > see/ click
' v ' &gt; change to &quot; Always hide &quot; &gt; OK &gt; Apply &gt; OK. This you can change anyway you want to, at any time.<hr>NaiveMelody NYC 2-6-08 - I Don't Want to Know - Fleetwood Mac
