    Default not able to access control panel

    my computer gets an error message every time i turn it on and then it wont let me access my control panel

    Unfortunately, you may have a Corupted Vista System?

    To check and see if Zone Alarm is causing the Problem, Try the Following Test..

    Go into ZA Control Center Click Overview/Preferences and Un-Check "Load Zone Alarm on Startup",

    now Reboot computer, ZA will not load on Bootup and you can check to see if you can Access Vista Start/Settings/Control Panel?

    Please post back with your Progress report..

    I had brief problems with getting my control pattern, too, in the past month, along with other problems. Maybe had error on page opening, also. If I persisted and waited after double clicking control panel, it usually slowly came on from the top down, line by line. After a couple of weeks of accumulating, finally disabling, problems, ZA's website surprised me Feb. 7th and allowed me to re-download and install Security Suite. I bought it Dec. 18th. Since re-download, things are pretty good; except for little boxes with red dots still infesting Internet websites; they are like placeholders for buttons, pictures, etc., and won't respond to clicks at all. Who knows; I am accustomed to my Firefox Browser, and ZA may not &quot;like&quot; it as much as I.E. Sometimes, I have had improvement by changing to Explorer; but the red dots and missing illustration and photos are still trouble in either browser.
