Default ZA Security Alert pops up repeatedly while scanning

When running ZA virus scan the ZA firewall detects the scanning process as Suspicious Behaviour. It says the same thing every time: "Suspicious Behaviour, C:\Windows\system32\Zonelabs\avsys\ScanningProcess .exe". I have clicked on "apply this setting to all suspisious behaviors for this alert type" repeatedly but it still pops up repeatedly and the virus scan will not continue unless i "Allow" it every time. I have ZA on more than one computer and the others don't do this.

Anyone have an idea how to fis this?

    Thanks

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro

Hi!you getthose alertsbecause your ZA settings are corrupted. Try to reset them and it will be fixed...1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after rebootCheers,Fax
