Default Security Alert Window too small and cuts off allow and deny buttons

I don t know why but all of a sudden, my Security Alert dialog has shrunk.
The bottom of the dialog is shorter now so only the very top edge of the allow and deny buttons can be seen.

I have also attached a picture.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
I haven t tried uninstalling and re-installing yet, I was hoping to avoid that. Thanks

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Software Version:7.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

I believe a have a solution for your problem.
When the message box pops up, press Alt Spacebar.
    Press S.
Use the arrow keys to resize the window edges. In your case, press the down arrow.
When the right window size is reached, press Enter.

    Hello HammerNU,
    I just tried your suggestion.
    Unfortunatly, it did not work.
Alt-spacebar doesn't bring up any window menu.
I tried it a few times anyway in case it was hidden, but no luck.
    Thanks.

Make sure that the ZoneAlarm popup window has the focus. Use Alt Tab if necessary to give it the focus and then try again. I think it might be possible for the developer to not allow a window to be resized ... maybe this is the problem.
You can try out the resizing technique on any window to see how it works.
The only other solution I can think of is to do a clean uninstall of ZoneAlarm followed by an install (the simple method):

Clean uninstall followed by a reinstall

    1) Uncheck Overview > Preferences > Load ZoneAlarm Security Suite at startup

    2) Reboot

    3) Install ZoneAlarm; when prompted, choose Clean Install

I had clicked on the dialog to make sure it had focus.
If I used the tab key, you could see the focus cycle through the different buttons on it.
I think I am just going to have to uninstall and re-install.
I was just hoping to avoid that.
    Thanks anyway!

Have you changed your dpi settings for the display? Many dialogs will get clipped when this is done.
