Default I.D lock alert. How do I get rid of this?

Hi I only have a little computer knowledge . I need to know how to get rid of the I'D lock alert window that keeps popping up asking:
Do you want a clear text password to be sent to ..............u.r.l
This has only happened scince I recently fixed the recent microsort update KB951748 issue that stopped internet access.
I don't understand what a clear text alert is, can anyone explain?
    I have version 7.0.484.000
Any help wil be gratefuly appreciated.
    Regards, John

Actually the ID lock is only available in the subscription versions.
But the ZA free installer really is a paid subscription full security suite installer, so I suspect a few of the paid files are activiated by mistake.
Uninstall and re-install the ZA and the problem should be fixed.

    Hi Old Sod
Many thanks for replying to my question, I have done whaT you suggested and everything is working sweetly!
It is so frustrating as an ameuter trying to resolve these kind of issues, I spent ages on the live help line but even they couldn't help me. Why they didn't suggest what you have I don't know.
So once again, thanks very much for your help, greatly appreciated.
    Kind regards, John
